Six-syllable Mantra
The work features six Chinese characters, which are the transliteration of the six-syllable Sanskrit mantra “Om Mani Padme Hum.” The characters are written in semi-cursive script with a chick-feather brush on separate sheets of paper that are then arranged in a circle to create a circular visual flow representing Bodhisattva’s benevolence and blessing for viewers.
